E-Commerce Executive

About FixPapaFixPapa is a fast-growing technology-driven company revolutionizing the IT hardware ecosystem. We provide end-to-end IT hardware solutions including rentals, sales of new/refurbished/open-box gadgets, re-commerce, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), technical support, and SaaS solutions for businesses, government, and individual customers across India. We are looking for E-Commerce Executives to support our e-commerce and re-commerce operations, product listings, inventory management, and online sales growth. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listing & Catalog Management Create and manage product listings for laptops, desktops, printers, servers, networking devices, and accessories. Write accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and offers. Regularly update product details across platforms (Website, Marketplace, App). Inventory & Order Management Coordinate with the operations team to maintain accurate stock and availability. Monitor order processing, shipping, and returns. Ensure timely updates of inventory in the system. Marketplace Handling Manage FixPapa’s products on e-commerce marketplaces (Compare with Amazon, Flipkart, other, etc.). Track and optimize product rankings, pricing, and promotions. Customer & Partner Support Respond to customer queries regarding product listings, availability, and offers. Coordinate with partner engineers and backend teams for order fulfillment. Sales & Marketing Coordination Support digital campaigns, discount offers, and festive promotions. Assist in analyzing sales performance and generating reports. Process & Documentation Maintain records of daily sales, returns, and product uploads. Ensure compliance with company policies and marketplace guidelines. Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, MBA, or any relevant field. (Freshers with good communication and learning ability are encouraged to apply). Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or WooCommerce (preferred, but not mandatory). Basic understanding of IT gadgets (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Networking devices) is an advantage. Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented and organized.
