Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence on our own website. You’ll be responsible for listings, inventory, order processing, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize product listings with compelling descriptions and images
• Manage inventory, pricing, and promotions across platforms
• Coordinate order processing, shipping, and returns
• Handle customer queries and feedback professionally
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for seasonal campaigns
• Monitor analytics and suggest improvements for sales growth

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations (fashion/apparel preferred)
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.
• Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Strong communication in Hindi and English
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of image editing tools (Canva, Photoshop)
• Multilingual communication (Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, etc.)
