Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient E-commerce Executive to manage our daily online operations. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end order fulfillment process, manage returns, coordinate with logistics partners, and maintain accurate records in Excel. You will be the backbone of our daily dispatch operations ensuring customers receive their orders on time. Key Responsibilities1. Order Processing & Fulfillment (Daily Core Task)Order Management: Monitor and download daily orders from various marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and our own website (Shopify/WooCommerce). Dispatch Preparation: Generate and print shipping labels, invoices, and manifests. Packaging Oversight: Ensure products are packed correctly according to marketplace guidelines to avoid damage during transit. 2. Logistics & Courier CoordinationHandover: Coordinate with courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, etc.) for the daily pickup of shipments. Manifesting: Ensure the "Manifest" is signed by the courier pickup boy to prove the handover of goods. Tracking: Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve "Out for Delivery" delays. 3. Return Management (RTO & Customer Returns)Inbound Processing: Receive and verify returned parcels (RTO and Customer Returns). Quality Check: Inspect returned items for damage, usage, or wrong products and update the inventory accordingly. Dispute Filing: File SAFE-T claims (on Amazon) or SPF claims (on Flipkart) if the returned product is damaged or swapped by the customer. 4. Data Management & Reporting (Excel)Daily Reports: Maintain a master Excel sheet tracking: Total Orders Received vs. Dispatched. Pending Orders. Tracking IDs. Return Reconciliation: Maintain a "Returns Sheet" to track which orders came back and the reason for the return. Stock Sheet: Update the inventory sheet daily based on sales and returns to prevent "Out of Stock" scenarios. 5. Inventory & Catalog Management (Additional)Stock Updates: Sync physical stock levels with online portals to ensure inventory accuracy. Listing Maintenance: Assist in uploading new products, updating prices, and ensuring product images and descriptions are accurate. Supplies Management: Keep track of packaging material stock (boxes, tape, polybags) and reorder before they run out. Requirements & SkillsExperience: 0–2 years of experience in E-commerce backend operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory (Basic formulas, Sorting, Filtering, VLOOKUP is a plus). Familiarity with Seller Portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify). Soft Skills: High attention to detail (to avoid wrong shipments). Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic communication skills to coordinate with courier agents and internal teams. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Dispatch Rate: % of orders shipped within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) time (usually 24 hours). Error Rate: 0% wrong products shipped. Claim Success: Successfully getting reimbursed for damaged returns via claims.
