E-Commerce Executive

E-commerce Executive (Flipkart & Myntra Specialist)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years – Maximum 6 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing Flipkart and Myntra seller portals. The candidate will be responsible for daily operations, catalogue management, order processing, inventory coordination, campaign planning, and improving sales performance across both marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:Marketplace Management

• Manage end-to-end operations of Flipkart and Myntra seller accounts.
• Maintain product listings, update prices, MRP, images, descriptions, and attributes.
• Ensure high-quality catalogue uploads and timely corrections.

Order & Inventory Handling

• Monitor orders and coordinate with warehouse for smooth dispatch.
• Track inventory levels and avoid out-of-stock issues.
• Manage returns, RTOs, cancellations, and claim settlements.

Sales Growth & Optimization

• Analyse sales reports, pricing strategy, competition tracking, and visibility.
• Execute promotions, event participation, deal setups, and campaign planning.
• Work closely with marketplace managers to increase conversions and rankings.

Compliance & Support

• Maintain SLA compliance, order fulfilment, and seller scorecard improvement.
• Handle ticket raising, issue resolution, and communication with platform teams.
• Ensure listings follow marketplace guidelines to avoid penalties or blockages.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• Track performance metrics: sales, returns, cancellations, ads, and marketing spends.
• Suggest improvements based on data insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of proven experience in managing Flipkart and/or Myntra portals.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace dashboards, seller tools, and catalogue operations.
• Understanding of pricing strategies, competition analysis, and marketplace algorithms.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
