Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive who will be responsible for managing product listings, order processing, inventory, and day-to-day marketplace operations. The candidate should have prior experience in handling multiple e-commerce platforms and creating high-quality listing content.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listing & Content Management

• Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Etsy, eBay, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, and other platforms.
• Perform bulk uploads, update pricing, attributes, keywords, and product variations.
• Write and optimize titles, bullet points, and descriptions with SEO best practices.
• Coordinate with design teams for product images, infographics, and A+ content.

Order & Inventory Management

• Handle daily order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer-related coordination.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, avoid stock-outs, and update inventory dashboards.
• Work with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth dispatches.

Marketplace Operations

• Monitor platform performance and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
• Resolve cases/tickets with Seller Support teams.
• Track listing health, suppressions, and quality checks.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports.
• Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and visibility.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an E-Commerce Executive or similar role.
• Graduate degree in any discipline (mandatory).
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Practical experience with Seller Central / Seller Panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Etsy, eBay, etc.)
• Knowledge of bulk listings, catalog management, and data handling.
• Understanding of inventory management and order workflows.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of marketplace SEO and listing optimization techniques.
• Basic familiarity with ads/promotions on marketplaces.
• Exposure to exports / international marketplace operations.

Salary

Competitive and based on experience.
(Rs. 15000- Rs. 20000)
