The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end order fulfillment process, manage returns, coordinate with logistics partners, and maintain accurate records in Excel. Order Processing & Fulfillment (Daily Core Task)Order Management: Monitor and download daily orders from various marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and our own website (Shopify/WooCommerce). Dispatch Preparation: Generate and print shipping labels, invoices, and manifests. Packaging Oversight: Ensure products are packed correctly according to marketplace guidelines to avoid damage during transit. 2. Logistics & Courier CoordinationHandover: Coordinate with courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, etc.) for the daily pickup of shipments. Product Retrieval: Locate and pick the correct products from the shelves based on SKU, Color, and Size. Product Preparation: Ensure the product is clean and presentable. Quality Check (QC): Perform a final visual check to ensure the product is not damaged or defective before packing. 2.
