JOB DESCRIPTION – E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT Division: Vera Monde – Premium Perfumes Company: SCOTTLUMIN / Vera Monde Pvt Ltd Position Type: Full-Time Location: Kerala / Remote–Hybrid (as per business requirement) 1. Position Overview The E-Commerce Assistant will support the online sales and marketing operations of Vera Monde’s premium perfume division. This role requires strong knowledge in e-commerce store management, digital marketing, social media handling, automation tools, and creative content production (especially reels). The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of driving online visibility, engagement, and conversions. 2. Key Responsibilities (KRA – Key Responsibility Areas)A. E-Commerce Store Management, Manage online stores (Shopify preferred) including product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and order processing. Ensure accurate product descriptions, titles, specifications, fragrance notes, and high-quality images. Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and coordinate logistics where needed. Track store analytics: traffic, conversion, abandoned carts, funnels, repeat buyers. B. Social Media Management Manage Vera Monde’s official Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube handles. Plan and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns according to the brand calendar. Engage with comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner. C. Content Creation (Reels, Ads, Creatives)Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality reels showcasing perfumes, mood shots, behind-the-scenes, product usage, fragrance stories, etc. Create promotional graphics, banners, and ad creatives using Canva/Photoshop. Work closely with branding and marketing teams to maintain premium brand aesthetics. D. Performance Marketing & Campaign Handling Support execution of paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads). Monitor daily performance: CPC, ROAS, CTR, revenue, impressions, conversion rate. Suggest improvements to boost sales and brand awareness. E. Marketing Automation Set up and monitor automation flows (email, WhatsApp, chatbot sequences). Manage leads, customer journeys, and drip campaigns for abandoned carts, new launches, discounts, etc. Use automation tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Interakt, or equivalent. F. Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with the branding agency (Graphbea) and internal marketing team. Assist with influencer collaborations and PR activities. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, traffic, engagement, ad spend). 3. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, IT, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles. Strong familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Skilled in reel shooting & editing (mobile or DSLR). Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent design tools. Working knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads dashboards. Experience with automation tools (Interakt, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot). Excellent communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred). Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. 5. Personality Traits Highly creative and visually oriented. Fast learner with strong tech adoption capability. Self-driven, disciplined, and accountable. Strong ownership mentality. Team player with a positive attitude. 6. Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (based on skill & experience).
