E-Commerce Assistant

EnCircle Exports is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our Vadodara team. If you have experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and Excel, and want to work with a US-based industry leader in home furniture, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management: Manage and optimize product listings across major US platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, and Sears.
• Listing Optimization: Create SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, and descriptions to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales volume and improve conversion rates.
• Data Analysis: Utilize Advanced Excel to analyze sales reports, track KPIs, and identify market trends.
• Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce operations, specifically with US marketplaces (Amazon/Walmart).
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory.
• Communication: Strong written English communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information clearly.
• Problem Solving: Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot account health or listing issues.
• Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, energetic, and excellent time management skills.
