The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our seller accounts, focusing on driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management: End-to-end management of seller accounts on platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Snapdeal. Daily monitoring and tracking of sales performance, key metrics, and account health. Product Listing & Cataloging: Creating, optimizing, and maintaining accurate and compelling product listings (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, etc.) to maximize visibility and conversion. Managing product catalogs, ensuring all products are correctly categorized and priced. Inventory & Order Management: Monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels across all platforms to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations. Efficiently processing and managing daily orders, ensuring timely dispatch and fulfillment (FBA/Fulfillment by Amazon, FBF/Flipkart Fulfilled, and self-ship models). Promotions & Advertising: Planning and executing platform-specific promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts. Managing and optimizing sponsored ads and advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads) to achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy ACOS/ROAS. Customer Service & Feedback: Monitoring and responding to customer queries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Working to resolve disputes, claims, and returns/refunds efficiently. Reporting & Analysis: Generating regular sales reports, analyzing performance data, and identifying trends and opportunities for growth. Staying updated with marketplace policy changes, features, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (X years minimum) in managing and growing E-commerce seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Snapdeal. In-depth knowledge of marketplace dynamics, policies, and operational processes (e.g., shipping, returns, payment reconciliation). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
