Job Description – In-store Lady Merchandiser / Promoter
Position Title: Lady Merchandiser / Promoter
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Premium Home Appliances & Kitchen Appliances Showrooms (All Major Cities in Kerala)
Reports To: Showroom Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Excellent Incentives + Performance Bonuses
Role Objective: represent SCOTTLUMIN-KYK products in premium retail showrooms, engage customers with live demonstrations, drive conversions, manage lead pipelines, and position KYK as a global premium wellness brand through professional and persuasive in-store interactions.
Eligibility Criteria: Female candidates only, aged 25–35 years.
Degree/Diploma with 2–3 years of experience in premium customer direct handling, high-value sales, or luxury/home appliance promotions.
Exceptional communication, convincing, influencing, and closing abilities.
Proficiency in modern computer tools, including AI applications and CRM software.
Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality, capable of handling HNI clients.
Dress Code & Tools Provided: Professional Suits (company-provided).
iPad/Tablet provided for demos, CRM, and client presentations.
ID card and premium showroom branding support.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)Customer Engagement & Demonstrations
Conduct a minimum of 10 KYK product demos daily for walk-in and invited clients.
Deliver engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned presentations with live testing tools.
Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth
Ensure a 20–30% sales conversion ratio from demos.
Work closely with showroom management to boost overall premium appliance sales.
Lead Management & References
Collect and record a minimum of 3–5 references daily from prospects and buyers.
Manage follow-ups via CRM/AI tools for consistent pipeline conversion.
Team Coordination & Control
Guide and support selected showroom salesmen for KYK product sales.
Align showroom sales activities with company goals.
Reporting & Documentation
Submit accurate daily reports on demos, leads, sales, and references.
Maintain customer data with 100% accuracy in CRM systems.
Professionalism & Compliance
Always adhere to the company dress code, grooming standards, and showroom etiquette.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)10+ daily demos with documented evidence.
20–30% conversion ratio from demos to confirmed sales.

Zero client complaints on behavior, professionalism, or communication.
Positive contribution to the showroom's overall sales performance.
