Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food service operations to ensure seamless execution of services.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation.
Supervise and train staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, including booking platforms and point-of-sale systems.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle complaints professionally.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations governing the hospitality industry.
