Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our team in Lucknow, India. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of service, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments work cohesively to meet guest expectations
Manage and motivate front-line staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
Monitor and optimize room inventory and occupancy levels
Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
Assist in training new team members and conducting performance evaluations
Prepare and analyze daily reports on hotel operations and guest feedback
Respond to emergency situations and make critical decisions when necessary
Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
