Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand DSA and channel partner networks within the assigned state
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Distributors
  • Drive lead generation, revenue targets, and credit quality
  • Guide field teams on product positioning, documentation, and risk evaluation
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer demand
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, reporting, and compliance for partners
  • Frequent travel within the region for business development and review

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Credit within Banks / NBFCs / Loan / Distribution Companies
  • Prior DSA Operations experience highly preferred
  • Candidates with NBFC Sales backgrounds will also be considered
  • Must possess excellent communication and networking skills
  • State Resident Only – Candidates must belong to and operate from the assigned region
  • Willing to travel extensively as part of the job
  • Male candidates preferred due to frequent travel and field-intensive responsibilities
  • Professionally groomed with strong English communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

  • Connections with Banks, DSAs, and Financial Partners: 10 years (Required)
