Skills Role & responsibilities Domestic IT Recruitment Sourcing and screening profiles Creating pipeline for interview Database Management Follow up with the candidates till joining Documentation Preferred candidate profile Candidate with 2 to 5 years of overall recruiting experience especially on C2H and IT Hiring. Good experience in RPO/Implant Client handling experience is a must. Full Recruiting life cycle experience. Good English communication skills.
