The supply chain planner job is the most important and crucial for OEM customer. The job position is responsible and accountable for the entire supply chain operation from receiving order till delivering that to the final customer destination in such a way that the total cost of entire operations should be minimum without affecting customer production line or schedules. Planning, analyzing demand and performing and executing operation for MRP, DRP and Input data for Production planning.

1. Demand requirement planning (DRP)

1. Weekly Replenishment Planning for customer and Rough-cut Production Req. Planning for monthly production

1. Order transitioning from one plant to another based on customer norms, availability, fulfillment criticality, production constraints

1. DRP week wise order management (week wise order distribution and cancellation)

1. Safety stock calculation and maintenance for EU OEM WHs (10 WHs)

1. Maintenance of customer specific supply chain metrics parameters

1. Risk mitigation on day today basis to avoid line stoppage and criticality at customer end

1. Dispatch planning and warehouse team co-ordination in case of issue

1. OEM projects related sample tire fulfillment, tires size plant transition (Israel to India).

1. In case of quality rejection, co-ordination between sales, warehouse team and quality team.

1. Order management quarterly, half yearly and yearly for price upgradation

1. Monthly S&OP for EU OEM specific and critical sizes

1. Weekly demand variance analysis and pro-active actions to avoid supply disruption
2. Developing excel based automation tools for other functions as well as for day today working for quick, easy and effective usage of data.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Production Technology,

Bachelor of Production Engineering,

Post-Graduation in Operations management and supply chain management
