Divisional Head | Electronic Goods Company


1. Develop and implement divisional sales and distribution plans to achieve

volume, value, and profitability targets.

2. Expand market share through effective trade engagement, retail

penetration, and channel development.

3. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify

growth opportunities.

4. Review the BU performance and achievement in every product category in

both value and volume.

5. Ensure adherence to the sales forecasting and inventory management –

take corrective steps wherever required.

Strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.

Ensure effective secondary sales, retail execution, and inventory

Constantly monitor the performance of the business partners and suggest

Identify potential markets, trade opportunities & strategies for developing

weak market.

1. Lead and coordinate across Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing

and Support functions within the division.

2. Share market insights and consumer feedback for product and campaign

3. Support product launches, promotions, and brand-building initiatives.

1. Lead, mentor, and develop the Dy Division Managers and their teams.

2. Drive a performance-oriented culture with clear KPIs and accountability.

3. Conduct regular reviews, training, and capability-building initiatives.

1. Ensure effective forecasting, demand planning, and stock availability.
