Role Description This full-time on-site role is located in the Greater Chennai Area. As the Head of Game Division at Aśva Studios, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire game development process. This includes leading and mentoring the game development team, establishing and executing project timelines, collaborating with various departments to ensure high-quality game production, and managing budgets and resources effectively. You will also be responsible for setting and executing the strategic vision for game content, maintaining industry standards, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Qualifications Experience in Game Development, Game Design, and Project Management Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Mentoring skills Expertise in Strategic Vision Setting and Execution Proficiency in Budget Management and Resource Allocation Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate across various departments Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or relevant field is preferred Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
