Job Title: Dispatch Incharge Company: Poovarasi Colours Location: Kadayampatti,Bhavani. Job Description: As the Dispatch Incharge for Coloured Cone and Cheese Yarn at Poovarasi Colours, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely dispatch of our products to customers. Your role will involve managing the dispatch process, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely delivery. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch Management: Coordinate the dispatch of coloured cone and cheese yarn orders according to customer requirements and delivery schedules. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of finished products and packaging materials to ensure availability for dispatch. Documentation: Prepare all necessary dispatch documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange transportation and ensure on-time delivery of orders. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues or delays that may arise. Problem Solving: Address any discrepancies or issues related to dispatch promptly and efficiently to minimize disruptions. Team Management: Supervise dispatch team members and provide guidance and support as needed to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree(Textile Technology prefered first). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch management or logistics coordination, preferably in the textile industry. Knowledge: Understanding of dispatch procedures, inventory management, and logistics operations. Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office applications. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams effectively. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple dispatches simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership qualities to effectively manage a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as required. Roles and Reporting: The Dispatch Incharge will report directly to the Production Manager and will collaborate closely with the Production, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of dispatch activities.
