Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch & Logistics Manager, located in Noida. The Dispatch & Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dispatch and logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, managing inventories, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing supply chain processes. Daily tasks include supervising logistics personnel, liaising with transportation services, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient product delivery.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and streamline our supply chain operations, transportation, warehouse management, and dispatch functions. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, minimize operational costs, and maintain efficiency across the logistics function while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes for efficient and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure alignment between demand forecasting, procurement, and logistics execution.

1. Transportation Management:

• Oversee transportation via air and surface, ensuring timely and secure delivery of goods.
• Manage relationships with vendors, transport partners, and third-party logistics providers.
• Minimize wastage and losses across B2B and B2C channels.

1. Inventory and Order Management:

• Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce holding costs.
• Implement stock tracking systems and conduct regular audits.

1. Warehouse Management:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate processing and optimal layout for storage efficiency.

1. Shipping and Compliance:

• Manage shipping schedules and carrier negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and documentation standards.

1. Budgeting and Cost Control:

• Develop and manage logistics budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
• Track expenditures and implement controls to reduce overall logistics costs.

1. Performance Metrics and Analytics:

• Monitor logistics KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with 3rd party dispatch partners to optimize delivery efficiency.

1. Dispatch Management (B2B & B2C):

• Manage B2B dispatch operations including appointment-based deliveries.
• Oversee forward and reverse logistics for B2C dispatches, ensuring smooth customer experience at minimal cost.

1. Process Improvement & Implementation:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes.
• Support implementation of new systems and strategies that enhance operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
