*🧾 Job Title:* Dispatch Team Executive – Electric Vehicle Manufacturing *📍 Location:* Palsana, Rajasthan *🕒 Job Type:* Full-Time (Factory-based) *📌 Job Summary:* We are hiring Dispatch Team Executives to manage the movement of electric vehicles and components from the manufacturing unit to dealers and warehouses. This role involves inventory handling, loading supervision, documentation, and coordination with transport partners to ensure timely and accurate dispatches. *🔧 Key Responsibilities:* Order Dispatching: Prepare and dispatch electric vehicles and parts as per order schedules. Inventory Checks: Maintain dispatch records and verify stock against orders. Documentation: Generate and manage invoices, gate passes, and transport documentation. Loading Supervision: Oversee loading of vehicles, ensuring correct quantity and safe packaging. Coordination: Communicate with transporters, warehouse teams, and dealers for smooth deliveries. Tracking & Reporting: Monitor dispatch status and report delays or issues. Compliance: Follow safety standards, ensure proper handling, and maintain clean dispatch areas.  *Skill Set:* Basic knowledge of warehouse or dispatch operations Attention to detail and ability to manage records accurately Good coordination and communication skills Physically fit and willing to support manual tasks (e.g., packing/loading supervision) Basic computer skills (Excel, email, dispatch software – if applicable) 0–2 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse roles Local language proficiency preferred  *What We Offer:* Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month PF / ESI benefits Overtime pay (if applicable) Career growth in operations/logistics
