This role focuses on new dealer acquisition, relationship management, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will enhance dealer satisfaction and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities: New Dealer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new dealers for our EV portfolio. Dealer Relationship Management: Communicate regularly with dealers to understand their needs and challenges. Feedback Collection: Conduct visits to assess performance and gather dealer insights. Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for dealers, addressing concerns promptly. Suggestions for Improvement: Collect and present dealer feedback to management for product and service enhancements. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure dealers meet showroom branding and operational standards. Training & Support: Provide product training and sales support to dealer staff. Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for new dealership locations. Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor dealer sales and customer satisfaction, assisting with improvements. Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing and logistics teams to support dealers effectively. Skill Set: Proven experience in sales or dealer management, ideally in the automotive or EV industry. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Self-motivated and able to travel frequently. Proficiency in report preparation. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications: Degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Local language proficiency required.
