Job Description

Job: dispatch Executive.

Location: Sumerpur
Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to enquiries regarding product availability, delivery dates, tracking information etc., via phone/e-mail/chat etc.,
Ensure timely deliveries of products by efficiently planning and dispatching trucks.
Manage customer queries related to order status, delivery schedules etc., while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions including orders placed, delivered quantities etc.,
Prepare reports on daily basis for management which includes details like number of trucks despatched, quantity of material moved, issues faced during transportation etc.,
Keep track of any pending tasks or outstanding issues related to logistics operations and follow up accordingly.
Assist in identifying areas where processes can be improved upon to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
