**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a Director, Software Development at IntouchCX, you will play a crucial role in leading the product development team. You will be responsible for conducting business analysis, managing client relationships, overseeing day-to-day activities, and defining the technology roadmap to align with business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of the system architecture and software delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct business analysis and content development. - Manage client relationships and communication effectively. - Oversee day-to-day activities and reporting to ensure project delivery on time. - Perform product maintenance and implement effective solutions to address system deficiencies. - Define and drive the company's technology roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies for continuous innovation. - Establish and maintain software engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. - Develop and deliver status reports, maintain Project Control Workbook data, and update standard documentation. - Work with a team to provide production support, maintenance, and small enhancement implementation. - Ensure scalable, secure, and reliable system architecture through the software development lifecycle. - Implement DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies to improve productivity and quality. - Translate business requirements into technical execution strategies and align technical solutions with customer needs. - Manage vendor relationships, third-party technology partnerships, and define technical KPIs. - Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy standards and establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. - Minimum 12 years of experience in Manager, Senior Manager, or Director positions. - At least 10 years of experience leading a development team. - Familiarity with AI/ML, data platforms, and cybersecurity practices. - Ability to inspire technical teams and influence executive-level decision-making. - Knowledge in Open Source Technologies (NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Java, .NET, etc.). - Experience in writing relational database queries (MSSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL queries (MongoDB). - Hands-on experience in preparing UML diagrams.
