We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Power Electronics Design Engineer with at least 13 years of design experience. In this pivotal role, you will lead a multidisciplinary hardware team and be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of power electronics products, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and continuous innovation. Key Responsibilities Manage the team of Electronics/Mechanical/PCB hardware team. Manage Product Evolution Process (PEP) topics, ensuring adherence to our design rules. Manage product maintenance and evolution topics (Quality, Obsolescence, Adaptation, QVE - Quality, Value, Efficiency). Investigate to identify the root causes of design issues, then find and implement effective solutions. Perform selection and dimensioning of active and passive components, providing clear justification for the design choices. Create electrical schematics and oversee PCBA design in collaboration with the PCB team. Conduct design tests on prototypes, performing debugging for compliance. Perform verification tests and debug the boards. Support the validation team during the testing phase. Provide internal advice and knowledge sharing, assisting with decision-making in technical topics. Master technical specifications, ensure knowledge and know-how capitalization, and stay updated on technological developments. Accelerate our digital transformation through the effective use of 3D simulation tools. Qualifications & Required Skills As a power electronics engineer with at least 13 years of design experience, you will possess: Management:Ability to manage the team of Electronics/Mechanical/PCB hardware team. Electronics & Power Conversion Expertise:Solid and proven knowledge in electronics (Power, Analog, and Digital). Solid and proven knowledge in power conversion and static converter topologies. Ability to work independently on the power conversion part of a drive, from concept to qualification phase (defining architecture, loss calculations, simulations, component specification according to standards, supplier relations, component qualification). Experience in magnetic component design for power (inductors/transformers). Understanding of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) phenomena and mitigation solutions. Technical Tools & Simulation:Strong knowledge of simulation tools (Matlab/Simulink, PLECS, Spice). Proficiency in 3D simulation tools (Maxwell, CST, Flotherm, 6SigmaET) is a plus. Personal & Professional Attributes:Open-mindedness, analytical thinking, flexibility, and the ability to act independently and take responsibility. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with diverse nationalities. Travel & Language:Occasional travel within France and abroad may be required. Proficiency in English is essential, French language skills are a plus

Key Responsibilities: Build and lead a team of ~6 engineers in product maintenance and patch development for mission-critical software. Develop and implement diagnostic tools and processes to enhance product performance. Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and prioritize development tasks. Manage patch development cycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance. Oversee people-related responsibilities, including leading the hiring process, delegating tasks, prioritizing workloads, and providing guidance to ensure team success and individual growth. Foster a sense of urgency within the team to meet project deadlines. Encourage continuous learning and development among team members. Oversee and participate in on-call rotations to handle critical production escalations, ensuring rapid issue resolution and minimal service disruption Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of overall software engineering experience, out of which at least 3+ years in a people management role 3+ years of experience in C++ coding In-depth proficiency with Linux OS. Excellent problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency. Ability to build and lead effective teams, fostering collaboration and growth. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt. Great communication and interpersonal skills Nice to have: Experience with Java. Experience building teams from scratch Experience working in an enterprise product-based company

1. Execution of technical studies, calculations, value engineering etc 2. Design & development of new products 3. Providing 3D CAD models, technical drawings, documentation (e.g. TIB), and specifications for foundry, procurement, manufacturing, and sales. 4. Processing of offer permit request 5. Preparing all technical inputs for Parts list, and maintaining them for respective sizes and their variants. 6. Supporting other departments like Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, Purchase, in case of technical questions. 7. Carrying out design checks according to relevant norms and regulations (like CE, ACS, ASME, API ) and prepare required documentation. 8. Other works related to product maintenance like assistance for approval/validation processes, technical care for accessory, (if applicable)
