This strategic leadership role demands a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, market dynamics, and operational excellence. The Product Head will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective products that align with the companys growth objectives and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee procurement of raw materials and ensure timely production with quality standards. Collaborate with R&D, production, quality control, and sales teams to enhance product value and performance. Develop and execute strategic sales and product plans to meet business objectives and increase market share. Monitor and analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to keep the company competitive and innovative. Resolve production and operational challenges with a proactive and solution-driven approach. Drive product innovation through market research, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarking. Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards across all stages of production. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality. Mentor and guide internal teams for continuous performance improvement and skill development. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus). Experience: Minimum 6 to 10 years in product management or a leadership role in the manufacturing industry. Proven expertise in managing large-scale production and product portfolios. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. In-depth understanding of materials, molding technologies, and manufacturing processes. Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills. Ability to travel to different company or client locations as required.

The duties and responsibilities are not limited to those listed below and are subject to change as per needs of the business. Generating 3D CAD models of products. Generating 2D CAD general arrangement drawings and detail manufacturing drawings. Ensure models and drawings created /issued for any product are feasible for manufacturing, assembly, and installation. Should follow effective modeling and drawing practice. Follow defined company processes and standards. Assisting in concept development of new and existing products. Perform engineering calculations to prove product design. Prepare calculations, specifications, and other technical documentation. Generating various manuals including but not limited to product assembly, product maintenance, product installation etc. General project engineering and drafting support. Communicate and collaborate efficiently with other team members. Maintaining project tracking and other required reports. Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise For a new business implementation project, drive the end to end process from business requirement management to integration & configuration and production deployment Check the feasibility of the new change requirements and provide optimal solution to the client with clear timelines Provide techno-functional solution support for all the new business implementations while building the entire system from the scratch Support the solutioning team from architectural design, coding, testing and implementation Understand the functional design as well as technical design and architecture to be implemented on the ERP system Customize, extend, modify, localize or integrate to the existing product by virtue of coding, testing & production Implement the business processes, requirements and the underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions Write code as per the developmental standards to decide upon the implementation methodology Provide product support and maintenance to the clients for a specific ERP solution and resolve the day to day queries/ technical problems which may arise Create and deploy automation tools/ solutions to ensure process optimization and increase in efficiency Sink between technical and functional requirements of the project and provide solutioning/ advise to the client or internal teams accordingly Support on-site manager with the necessary details wrt any change and off-site support 2. Job Summary: Acts as the technical specialist and primary customer support contact to independently diagnose and complete repairs to products at a single customer site Key Responsibilities: Independently performs diagnostics and completes repairs on equipment at customer site Maintains productive customer relations and ensures prompt and efficient attention to customer needs to minimize customer product downtime Coaches on preventative maintenance and/or repairs completed by more experienced technicians and/or customer technicians; may provide work direction to others; may review repair plans, parts and tool lists, etc Manages parts and spares inventory at the work site Escalates unresolved issues to product specialists / Supervisor Completes required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens. Electronic Service Tool Application - Identifies the suite of available hardware and software tools required for a service event; utilizes the appropriate electronic tool set to maintain the product or diagnose and troubleshoot an issue; interprets electronic tool results or recommendations to determine next steps for service resolution. Engine Systems Interactions - Interprets and analyzes the interactions of internal and external electrical and mechanical systems (exhaust, heating, cooling, fuel systems, driveline, aftertreatment, controls, sensors, etc.) by applying tools, service publications (Cummins, Original Equipment Manufacturer) and taking measurements to efficiently and correctly diagnose and repair. Product Repair and Maintenance - Repairs and maintains mechanical/electrical products following guidelines, using required tools within standard repair time to ensure a quality repair; disassembles and assembles engines or power generators following guidelines, using required tools to ensure a clean and organized environment; inspects and replaces parts and components following re-use guidelines to minimize customers cost of ownership; performs progressive damage check following guidelines to restore to pre-failure condition. Service Documentation - Creates and verifies customer, equipment and technical information; captures specific data using required service tools; follows procedures and documents required information in the service management system in order to have an accurate record of the work done. Technical Escalation - Obtains product technical issue information and utilizes available resources including data management tools; elevates issues to a higher level of expertise, balancing timeliness of customer response with investigation efforts; captures all troubleshooting steps in the appropriate database in order to ensure seamless transitions and accurate response to ticket resolution in a timely manner. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Power Electronics Design Engineer with at least 13 years of design experience. In this pivotal role, you will lead a multidisciplinary hardware team and be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of power electronics products, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and continuous innovation. Key Responsibilities Manage the team of Electronics/Mechanical/PCB hardware team. Manage Product Evolution Process (PEP) topics, ensuring adherence to our design rules. Manage product maintenance and evolution topics (Quality, Obsolescence, Adaptation, QVE - Quality, Value, Efficiency). Investigate to identify the root causes of design issues, then find and implement effective solutions. Perform selection and dimensioning of active and passive components, providing clear justification for the design choices. Create electrical schematics and oversee PCBA design in collaboration with the PCB team. Conduct design tests on prototypes, performing debugging for compliance. Perform verification tests and debug the boards. Support the validation team during the testing phase. Provide internal advice and knowledge sharing, assisting with decision-making in technical topics. Master technical specifications, ensure knowledge and know-how capitalization, and stay updated on technological developments. Accelerate our digital transformation through the effective use of 3D simulation tools. Qualifications & Required Skills As a power electronics engineer with at least 13 years of design experience, you will possess: Management:Ability to manage the team of Electronics/Mechanical/PCB hardware team. Electronics & Power Conversion Expertise:Solid and proven knowledge in electronics (Power, Analog, and Digital). Solid and proven knowledge in power conversion and static converter topologies. Ability to work independently on the power conversion part of a drive, from concept to qualification phase (defining architecture, loss calculations, simulations, component specification according to standards, supplier relations, component qualification). Experience in magnetic component design for power (inductors/transformers). Understanding of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) phenomena and mitigation solutions. Technical Tools & Simulation:Strong knowledge of simulation tools (Matlab/Simulink, PLECS, Spice). Proficiency in 3D simulation tools (Maxwell, CST, Flotherm, 6SigmaET) is a plus. Personal & Professional Attributes:Open-mindedness, analytical thinking, flexibility, and the ability to act independently and take responsibility.
