Perform thorough code reviews. Qualifications: Required Skills: Must be "very" strong in Java. Required Experience & Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years prior experience in application design, delivery, leading teams, working on challenging problems at scale. Innovative leader capable of solving complex problems and leading application development teams to deliver business-critical, enterprise solutions. Strong mentoring skills Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs. Strong knowledge of systems development life cycle methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility with business users/stakeholders. Strong organizational and conflict management skills. Strong communication skills with ability to convey complex and technical information in an understandable way.
