Salesforce Developer-Lead

Role Overview: As a Technology Architect, you will work closely with the Delivery Manager, Functional Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions that meet client needs. You will lead project discovery and definition workshops, contribute to scope and development estimates, and document requirements and designs. Additionally, you will mentor development and QA teams, ensuring the application design, development, and support of Salesforce related projects. Your role will involve detailed design responsibilities from inception through production support, ensuring that the system meets business unit expectations and performance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with Delivery Manager, Functional Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions - Lead project discovery and definition workshops, contribute to scope and development estimates, and document requirements and designs - Mentor development and QA teams for multiple projects - Responsible for application design, development, and support of Salesforce related projects - Ensure proper testing is implemented and performance requirements are monitored - Lead teams in the analysis of complex problems and the design and implementation of solutions Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent - 5+ years of experience in developing technology solutions - 3 years of experience in managing client-facing projects in systems development and related business consulting - Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and Lightning Aura Components - Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience - Experience in Salesforce.com integration, programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, XML, APEX, J2EE, HTML, XML, JSON - Strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background - Ability to work independently, strong analytical and logical thinking, and good communication skills Additional Company Details: The company requires individuals who possess exceptional customer service skills, the ability to take ownership of issues, and accountability.
