Job Description

As a Technology Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in architecting technology solutions to meet client needs and ensure the software product is leveraged correctly. You will work closely with the Delivery Manager, Functional Solution Architects, and clients to lead project discovery and definition workshops, contribute to scope and development estimates, and document requirements and designs. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring development and QA teams for multiple projects, as well as the application design, development, and support of Salesforce-related projects. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to architect technology solutions that meet client needs - Lead project discovery and definition workshops, contribute to scope and development estimates, and document requirements and designs - Mentor development and QA teams for multiple projects - Design, develop, and support Salesforce-related projects - Ensure that the system meets the defined expectations of the business unit and performance requirements - Utilize UML diagrams, design documentation, and best-practice methodologies for detailed design of Salesforce projects - Implement proper testing and closely monitor performance requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - 5+ years of experience in developing technology solutions - 3 years of experience in managing client-facing projects - Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, Lightning Aura Components, and LWC - Practical deployment knowledge of Visual Force, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com controls - Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience - Experience in Salesforce.com integration, programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, XML, APEX, J2EE, HTML, XML, JSON - Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps, and deliver CRM solutions - Detail-oriented with a strong ability to learn quickly and leverage new technologies - Good communication, analytical, logical thinking skills - Positive attitude, flexible to work across teams and clients In this role, you will also be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for all clients, ensuring customer support requests are entered into the incident ticketing system, resolving technical incidents, and providing support for employee inquiries regarding technical issues. Qualifications/Requirements: - College or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 2+ years of application support activities - Relational database experience and SQL knowledge - Exceptional customer service skills - Ability to work well with other employees - Strong written and verbal communication skills We are looking for a self-starter who is a cutting-edge innovator and continually studies new technologies.
