Associate Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at our company, your role will involve both pre-sales analysis and post-sales activities. You will provide strategic and analytical support to clients by analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities, and translating them into functional requirements. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, QA, and project management, will ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives - Analyze client requirements and propose suitable web and mobile-based IT solutions - Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients - Gather and analyze project requirements post-sales - Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement - Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams - Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal solution design - Provide ongoing support and clarification during the implementation phase - Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, UML Diagrams, Wireframes, and perform Feasibility analysis - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure client expectations are met Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a Web and mobile-based IT services company - Strong understanding of eCommerce, web, and mobile technologies and trends - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements - Experience in preparing and delivering client presentations - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities,
