Associate Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst / Change Management & Client Interaction

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management / Requirement Gathering:

• Understand client needs and translate them into clear business requirements
• Propose solutions aligned with client objectives
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features
• Participate in UAT/testing to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Prepare documentation: release notes, user manuals, wireframes, process flows, mockups
• Conduct gap analysis for ongoing improvements

Client Training & Implementation:

• Deliver effective training sessions (onsite/offsite) to clients
• Assist with system configuration for rule/alert generation

Project Coordination:

• Track project progress and ensure timely implementation
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delays or blockers

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Candidates with a
