Candidate will play a key role in understanding user needs, analysing market trends, and fulfil client requirements to meet business objectives.Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements Participate in the presales activities and prepare the required documents like scope of work, proposal, SOW etc Support application testing and UAT Conduct market/competitor research Collaborate with cross-functional teamsSkills Required: Bachelors in business, IT, or related field Strong communication and analytical skills Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile Familiar with tools like JIRA, Excel/SheetsNice to Have: Internship/project experience in IT domain Knowledge of wireframing or analytics tools
