Job Description

As a Director, Software Development at IntouchCX, you will play a crucial role in leading the product development team and ensuring project delivery is on track. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Business Analysis & Content Development. - Managing Client Relationships & Communication. - Overseeing Day-to-Day Activities & Reporting. - Performing Product Maintenance. - Defining and driving the company's technology roadmap aligned with business objectives. - Evaluating emerging technologies and tools for continuous innovation. - Establishing and maintaining software engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. - Developing and delivering status reports and maintaining accurate Project Control Workbook data. - Assisting in developing best practices and tools for project execution and management. - Identifying system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions. - Working with a team for Production Support, Maintenance, and small enhancement implementation. - Maintaining and updating standard documentation. - Supporting users within the designated SLA. - Overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle. - Ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable system architecture and software delivery. - Implementing DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. - Partnering with Product Management, Business, and Operations to align technical solutions with customer needs. - Managing vendor relationships and third-party technology partnerships. - Defining technical KPIs and measuring engineering effectiveness. - Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy standards. - Anticipating risks and establishing disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Qualifications required for the role: - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum 12 years of experience in a Manager, Senior Manager, or Director position. - At least 10 years of experience leading a development team. - Familiarity with AI/ML, data platforms, and cybersecurity practices. - Ability to inspire technical teams and influence executive-level decision-making. - Knowledge in Open Source Technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Java, .NET, etc. - Experience in writing relational database queries (MSSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL queries (MongoDB). - Hands-on experience in preparing UML diagrams.
