Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead (Pega Certified Senior System Architect) at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for leading Pega projects and providing expertise in Pega technology. You will work closely with the solution/delivery leadership, Lead System Architect, and Business Team to ensure the successful implementation of Pega applications. Your role will involve designing and integrating strategies for Pega Application implementation, formulating data strategies, and driving best practices for Pega methodology. Key Responsibilities: - Design and integration strategy for Pega Application implementation, aligning with transformational initiatives. - Formulate the overall data strategy based on clients" business needs and enterprise strategy. - Provide guidance as a subject matter expert for Certified Senior System Architects (CSAs). - Drive best practices and concepts as a thought leader for Pega methodology. - Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies related to solutions. - Ensure alignment of solutions with business and IT goals/objectives. - Identify and quantify the scope and impact of Business requirements on systems. - Communicate solution options to stakeholders. - Incorporate software and system architecture into conceptual designs for scalable solutions. - Provide strategic thinking, solutions, and roadmaps while ensuring adherence to standards and practices. - Review the work of others, providing guidance and support to the team. - Develop innovative approaches to complex assignments. - Research and recommend industry best practices for solving business problems. - Forecast and plan resource requirements. - Motivate and lead team members. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in developing mobile applications using Pega. - 3+ years of experience in developing Pega applications using Constellation. - Certified in Decisioning Capabilities from Pega (CPDC Certification). - Strong communication skills to collaborate with the business and presentation skills. - Exposure to product development practices and methodologies. - Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field. - Ability to run end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC based solutions/projects. - Excellent skills in process optimization and streamlining. - Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC concepts and rule types. - Experience with UI framework, email listeners, SSO integration, security privileges, RDA, RPA Pega solutions. - Expertise in object-oriented design, integration approaches, software delivery methodologies. - Adept at formulating conceptual frameworks and communicating ideas. - Experience in collaborative environments with matrixed and virtual teams. - Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, airlines, travel & hospitality sectors.
