Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Business Analyst/Scrum Master at DigitalT3. The role involves facilitating agile processes, conducting business analysis, and ensuring clear communication among team members. Day-to-day tasks include Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (product backlog). Assist in developing user stories and process flows(swim-lanes etc). Conduct stakeholder interviews and support workshops to elicit requirements. Support in the creation of business cases and feasibility studies. Assist with data analysis and reporting for decision-making. Facilitate, plan and track project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and risk logs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and timelines. Support the Delivery Manager in identifying and mitigating project risks. The Junior Business Analyst/Scrum Master will participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Experience 2 –4 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Junior PM role. Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise Experience with documenting Business Requirements and analyzing Business Processes Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with Agile principles and Scrum framework Ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence or similar tools Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Prior experience in software development(Front End, Backend, etc) is a plus. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
