As a Technical Lead with 4 to 7 years of experience, your role will involve expertise in Tivoli Workload Scheduler and a background in Travel Intermediaries is a plus. Your proactive approach will drive technical excellence and contribute to the success of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of Tivoli Workload Scheduler solutions for efficient and reliable task scheduling. - Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of scheduling systems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Develop and maintain documentation for scheduling processes and procedures for clarity and consistency. - Monitor system performance, implement improvements, and optimize scheduling efficiency. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in scheduling and workload management. - Conduct regular reviews and audits of scheduling systems to address potential issues. - Stay updated with the latest developments in Tivoli Workload Scheduler and related technologies. - Participate in project planning and execution for timely delivery of scheduling solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide project updates, and address concerns. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reliability of scheduling systems. - Provide training and support to end-users for effective use of scheduling systems. Qualifications: - Strong experience in Tivoli Workload Scheduler. - Nice to have experience in the Travel Intermediaries domain. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Proactive and self-motivated approach to work. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
