Greetings from Empulse !!!We are hiring!Job Description: Non-Voice BPO Process Night Shift Team Lead Position: Night Shift Manager Non-Voice BPO Process Location: Mysore Shift Timings: Night Shift (Typically 6 PM - 3 AM or 7 PM - 4 AM) Reports to: Operations Manager / Senior Management Role Overview: The Night Shift Manager for the Non-Voice BPO Process will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the night shift team. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual with a strong focus on ensuring the team meets performance targets and adheres to quality standards. The manager will supervise Process engineers handling back-office tasks, such as data entry, document processing, chat support, and other non-voice-related services. Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Supervision: Oversee the performance, attendance, and productivity of the night shift team. Conduct daily/weekly team meetings to provide updates, address issues, and set expectations. Ensure that all Process engineers are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to meet KPIs and service standards. Monitor individual and team performance metrics and provide feedback or coaching as required. Quality & Process Adherence: Ensure that Process engineers follow established processes and adhere to quality standards for data accuracy, response time, and customer service. Perform regular quality audits to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies. Work closely with the training and quality teams to identify areas for process improvements or additional training needs. Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient task distribution and workload balancing across the team. Address operational issues or escalations promptly, ensuring minimal impact on service levels. Prepare and analyze operational reports related to team performance, efficiency, and overall process health. Collaborate with other shift managers and departments to maintain operational continuity and share best practices. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Having 6+yrs of Experience in Non-Voice BPO Process and 4+yrs as Night Shift Proven experience in managing a team in a Non-Voice BPO environment (preferably in back-office, data processing, or document management). Previous experience as a Team Leader or Manager in a night shift environment is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of BPO operations, SLAs, KPIs, and process improvements. International customer engagement is must. Leadership: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members. Ability to manage team performance under pressure and ensure targets are met. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and clients. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify areas for improvement. Ability to quickly address and resolve operational issues. Work Ethic: Willingness to work night shifts and manage a team during non-standard working hours. Self-motivated with a strong focus on results and achieving targets. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and other BPO-related software. Experience with process management tools and task management software is an advantage. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). Any relevant certifications in BPO management or leadership will be a plus.
