Job Description

As a Pega Senior Developer at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in the Pega digital practice by leveraging your expertise in Pega Low-Code-Approach and collaboration skills to deliver first-rate software solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and integrating strategies for Pega Application implementation in alignment with transformational initiatives. - Formulating the overall data strategy based on client's business needs and enterprise strategy. - Providing guidance and acting as the subject matter expert for CSA's. - Driving best practices and concepts as a thought leader for Pega methodology. - Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging technologies related to solutions. - Ensuring alignment of solutions with business and IT goals/objectives. - Identifying and quantifying scope and impact of Business requirements on systems. - Communicating solution options to business owners/stakeholders. - Incorporating software and system architecture into conceptual designs for highly scalable solutions. - Ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards. - Providing strategic thinking, solutions, and roadmaps while driving enterprise recommendations and ensuring adherence to established standards and practices. - Facilitating open communication and fact-based decision making. - Reviewing the work of others, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to both Development and Business Architect team. - Developing innovative approaches to challenging assignments. - Researching, identifying, and recommending industry best practices for solving business problems. - Forecasting and planning resource requirements. - Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and lead team members. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years" experience in developing mobile applications using Pega. - Proven communication skills for collaborating with the business and presentation. - Exposure to product development practices and methodologies. - Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field. - Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC based solutions/projects. - Knowledge and experience on Pega PRPC concepts and rule types. - Experience with UI framework, email listeners, SSO integration, security privileges, RDA, RPA Pega solutions. - Expertise in object-oriented design, integration approaches, and software delivery methodologies. - Experience working in collaborative environments with virtual teams. - Exposure to HealthCare, Insurance, airlines, travel & hospitality sectors is a plus.
