Ltd. 🕐 Full-Time | Senior Leadership | Global Fulfillment Business Unit About Us: SB eCommerce is a vertically integrated manufacturer and global fulfillment partner for premium tech accessories — including phone cases, AirPods covers, and smart device gear. With facilities in India, the US, and China, we support both D2C brands and white-label PoD platforms through custom tooling, printing, and logistics. We’re now entering a new phase of scale — and seeking an experienced Director – Print on Demand (PoD) to lead this division end-to-end. Role Overview: This is a foundational leadership role . As Director – PoD, you will build the new business vertical from scratch , define its structure, recruit and develop a high-performance team, and take ownership of every component — from platform and process to production and performance. You’ll lead the execution of a greenfield PoD project that spans software, hardware, operations, product development, and customer success. Your mission is to transform SB eCommerce into the most reliable, efficient, and quality-focused tech accessory PoD platform in the market. As the Director – PoD, you will be accountable for the vision, growth, and execution of our entire print-on-demand ecosystem. From customer acquisition and tech platform execution to factory-floor printing and final mile dispatch, you’ll architect the systems, lead the people, and drive the outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Own the entire PoD business vertical — strategy, execution, P&L Lead and align cross-functional teams across production, tech, design, account management, and logistics Oversee and scale print infrastructure : sublimation, UV, DTF, 3D vacuum forming, etc. Drive customer onboarding and success for both B2B and D2C clients globally Ensure seamless integration with platforms like Shopify, Etsy, Amazon using custom-built tools (e.g., DemandLink) Champion the development and rollout of internal tooling and automation systems to reduce manual overhead Guide the team through new product launches (phone cases, AirPods, iPad cases, packaging, etc.) from concept to market Establish and monitor key performance metrics across speed, quality, fulfillment accuracy, and cost Build strategic partnerships with tech vendors, print suppliers, couriers, and fulfillment tech platforms Act as a thought leader on supply chain efficiency, lead time compression, and customer experience innovation Lead and mentor managers — build the next layer of leadership underneath you What We’re Looking For: 8–15 years of experience in print-on-demand, manufacturing, or eCommerce fulfillment leadership Proven success in managing large-scale PoD or dropshipping operations Strong working knowledge of PoD platforms, Shopify/Etsy API ecosystems, printing tech, and backend logistics Hands-on experience with white-label PoD workflows , marketplace integrations, and order automation Exposure to factory operations, printing tech (UV, sublimation, DTF), and quality control systems Strategic thinking combined with operational execution — you can define the roadmap and deliver it Tech- and data-savvy — comfortable working with product teams and platform engineers Inspirational leadership — ability to lead with clarity, speed, and high accountability Bonus: Experience working with global fulfillment brands, or building PoD from scratch Show more Show less
