Company Description SB eCommerce powers global print-on-demand for tech accessories. With manufacturing hubs in India, China, and the USA, we deliver branded and white-label fulfillment for phone cases, AirPods covers, and more. As we scale, we’re looking for a Logistics Manager who understands not just how to move goods — but how to do it smart, fast, and fully compliant. Responsibilities Manage daily dispatches via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, etc.) Handle both domestic and international freight movements (air/sea/road) Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and courier partners Maintain full compliance across import/export documentation in India, US, China, Korea, and other key markets Close RBI-related documentation : Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry, Advance License, Duty Credit Scripts Coordinate with DGFT, Customs, and CHA for clearances and schemes Track and report real-time logistics KPIs (TAT, landed cost, delays, compliance issues) Support order management team with delivery timelines and exception handling Optimize freight costs while ensuring speed, reliability, and regulatory clearance Maintain import-export data for audit, refund claims, and incentive eligibility ✅ What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of experience in logistics, freight, or export-import roles Strong grip on courier mode dispatches (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and freight forwarding workflows Prior experience with eCommerce, electronics, or print manufacturing companies is preferred Solid understanding of Indian foreign trade policies, customs, and DGFT documentation Ability to independently handle RBI compliances , duty license closures , and shipping bill reconciliation Experience working with US, China, Korea, and EU shipments is highly desirable Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and ownership mindset Show more Show less
