Logistics Manager (Export & Import)

As a Logistics Manager at SB eCommerce, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient movement of goods both domestically and internationally. In this position, you will be responsible for managing daily dispatches through express courier services like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Aramex. Your expertise will be essential in handling various modes of freight movements, including air, sea, and road shipments. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you will be required to liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and courier partners to ensure seamless operations. It will be your responsibility to maintain compliance with import/export regulations in key markets such as India, the US, China, Korea, and others. Handling RBI-related documentation, such as Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry, Advance License, and Duty Credit Scripts, will be part of your daily tasks. In addition to managing logistics operations, you will be expected to track and report real-time logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Turnaround Time (TAT), landed cost, delays, and compliance issues. Your role will also involve supporting the order management team by providing delivery timelines and handling exception scenarios effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5-8 years of experience in logistics, freight, or export-import functions. A strong understanding of courier mode dispatches, freight forwarding workflows, and familiarity with eCommerce, electronics, or print manufacturing industries will be advantageous. Proficiency in Indian foreign trade policies, customs regulations, and DGFT documentation is essential for success in this role. Your ability to independently manage RBI compliances, duty license closures, and shipping bill reconciliations will be key to your effectiveness as a Logistics Manager. Experience in handling shipments to countries like the US, China, Korea, and the EU will be highly beneficial.
