Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead our operations team as a Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott International, Inc.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improvement.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strategic thinking capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Experience with budgeting and financial management, along with knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
