Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead our operations team as a Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott International, Inc.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improvement.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in operations management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Experience working with Marriott International, Inc is preferred.
Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
