Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our operations team as a Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and operations management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve operational issues.
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to enhance operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Experience with budgeting and cost control, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
