Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive admissions strategy aligned with the university’s growth objectives.
• Lead and manage the admissions team, ensuring high performance and service excellence.
• Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, including application review, selection, and enrollment.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to design campaigns that attract high-quality applicants.
• Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and education consultants across India.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze admissions data to inform decision-making and improve conversion rates.
• Represent the university at national and international education fairs and events.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in student admissions, preferably in

  premium higher education institutions

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving results.
• Extensive experience in

  student recruitment across India

• Strong

  network among school counselors, coaching centers, and digital education platforms

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
