Role Overview: As the Head of HR, you will lead the human resources function, ensuring that the people, culture, and systems align with business objectives. This is a strategic and execution-focused role ideal for a leader thriving in high-growth environments. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement HR strategy aligned to company's growth (750-1500). - Lead workforce planning and capability building. - Advise leadership on people and transformation. - Build a recruitment engine for 600-700 hires annually. - Strengthen EVP (Employer Value Proposition) and employer branding. - Redefine performance metrics and reward frameworks. - Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. - Drive engagement and learning initiatives. - Build leadership development and succession plans. - Strengthen HR policies, HRIS, and audit readiness. - Ensure compliance with SEZ/STPI norms and labor laws. Qualifications: - MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute. - 14-20 years of experience, with 5+ years in HR leadership. - Proven experience scaling KPO/BPOs. - Strong knowledge in labor laws, audits, and HR tech.
