Job Description

Role Overview: As the Director of Human Resources at Jaipur Marriott Hotel, you will report directly to the property General Manager and play a crucial role in the property executive committee. Your responsibilities will include talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management, and development for property employees. You will use your expertise to influence and execute business objectives efficiently, working independently to develop processes aligned with broader business goals. Additionally, you will utilize a Human Resource Business Plan aligned with property and brand strategies to deliver HR services that drive business success. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and follow-up on engagement survey related activities. - Champion and build the talent management ranks in support of property and region diversity strategy. - Translate business priorities into property Human Resources strategies, plans, and actions. - Implement and sustain Human Resources initiatives at the property. - Lead succession planning activities and assess property(s) leadership pipeline. - Monitor effective use of myHR by property managers and employees. - Lead and participate in succession management and workforce planning. - Supervise on-property Human Resources and market-based Human Resources Specialist type resources. Qualifications Required: - 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major with 4 years of experience in the human resources field, management operations, or related professional area; OR - 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of experience in the human resources field, management operations, or related professional area.
