Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Sales based in Mumbai. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet the hotel's revenue targets. This includes managing a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and reporting on performance to senior management. Qualifications Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable Ability to analyze sales data and market trends Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve overall business goals Show more Show less
