Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Reservation Staff, located in Hyderabad. The Reservation Staff will be responsible for handling reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, maintaining booking records, and ensuring smooth communication with other departments. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, upselling services and packages, and participating in relevant training sessions. Qualifications Proficiency in Reservations.
