Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Human Resources team as a Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with expertise in human resources management.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives to build a high-performing team.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair practices.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
