Role Summary:

The Director - Global Product Sales will take active leadership in growth and scale of the sales function globally for KYC Hub’s suite of B2B SaaS compliance and risk management products. This role requires a dynamic sales leader with proven experience in SaaS, fintech, and enterprise sales within India, as well as abroad. You will own the revenue targets, drive the sales strategy, and build and mentor a team to maximize our market footprint.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy:
  • Formulate and implement a global sales strategy that aligns with KYC Hub’s growth objectives, targeting financial institutions, fintech companies, and enterprises needing comprehensive KYC and AML solutions.
  • Revenue Ownership and Individual Contribution:
  • Own and drive revenue targets, with a focus on high-value client acquisition and expansion, ensuring sustainable growth in a competitive market.
  • Market Expansion - Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new markets globally. Tailor strategies to meet regional market needs, ensuring product-market fit across geographies.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, including C-suite executives and decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor to provide insights on how KYC Hub solutions can meet their compliance needs.
  • Product Collaboration - Collaborate with product teams to guide the development and enhancement of KYC Hub products based on market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback.
  • Strategic Partnerships - Identify and build partnerships that can accelerate growth, including channel partners, technology alliances, and industry organizations.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales especially enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling sales in the fintech, RegTech, government, data, or SaaS sectors, with continuously meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance SaaS solutions highly beneficial
  • A keen understanding of SaaS and enterprise sales process including quantitative KPIs/metrics, revenue operations and optimization
  • An existing rolodex of decision makers in BFSI is desirable
  • Attention to detail, a diligent work ethic, as well as taking ownership and initiative
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
