Job Description

Looking for a " Director - Finance" for a Global IT service provider based out of Chennai. Minimum 15 + years of experience with CA and worked in large IT service organisations.

Core Financial Skills

Strategic financial planning & forecasting
Budgeting & cost management
Financial reporting & compliance (GAAP, IFRS)
Cash flow management
P&L ownership and KPI tracking
Risk management and internal controls

Business & Industry Expertise

Understanding of IT services business models (e.g., SaaS, managed services, consulting)
Experience with revenue recognition for IT services (ASC 606 or equivalent)
Knowledge of project-based accounting
Commercial finance: pricing, contracts, and client negotiations
M&A experience (due diligence, integration)

Global & Regulatory Awareness

Multi-currency & international finance experience
Taxation across geographies
Compliance with regulatory bodies and audits
